Graduating College of Building and Architecture of Burgas in 1997, specialising in Interior Architecture, his passion for interiors had been born. Dean graduated Bachelor with Honours Economics University in Accounting and Auditing in 2002, to then earn a Master’s Degree in BA and Master’s Degree Corporate Business Management. In 2004 Dean relocated to London and started developing his relationships and portfolio within the UK, where he met his wife and partner in business Vita.

Founding DRDT in 2005 and later Bulgaro in 2010 alongside Vita they’ve not looked back since, building and nurturing successful business relationships and working on some of the most prestigious postcodes in London, UK and abroad, Dean has led Bulgaro to continuing growth and success. With a passion for discovering and developing talent, Dean has been an advocate for reinvestment in both our facilities and people to drive the business forward.

Vita was born and raised in the vibrant city of Lviv, in Western Ukraine. She graduated Lviv State Polytechnic University with a Master’s Degree in Economics and relocated to London in 2001 where she met Dean in 2004. They founded DRDT in 2005 and later Bulgaro in 2010.

Vita plays an integral role in the success of the multifaceted family business handling all Finance, Accounting and HR matters. She is also oversees Bulgaro’s Showroom and with that our extensive relationships with High-end Appliance and FF&E brands, both UK and International.

Neil Haggar

After 15 successful years as MD of a division with a reputable main contractor in London, Neil joined Bulgaro in 2016 in a senior business development role, having previously worked closely with Bulgaro on numerous high end projects. Neil’s role has grown and evolved during this time and in 2020 he was promoted to the Board of Directors.

He is currently responsible for client development and management of client relationships, as well as overseeing the smooth delivery of some of our largest and most prestigious projects.

Production Director

Rob graduated from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College, High Wycombe, with a BA Honors Degree in Furniture Design and Craftmanship in 2005. Rob spent the next 14 years honing his craft in bespoke high-end cabinet making and specialist veneering before joining Bulgaro’s Joinery Department in 2019. He soon progressed through the business gaining invaluable experience across all departments, leaving his mark on some of our most successful projects.

Rob plays an inspirational and leading role in our development and was promoted to Board Director in 2024. Deeply committed to nurturing homegrown talent, Rob continues to provide our teams with the resources, guidance, and support they need to consistently deliver exceptional results to our customers.
